Week 1 – Intake and Preparation

• Initial consultation with the mediator to establish goals and expectations

• Collection and exchange of financial documents or other case materials

• Limited scope agreement signed with the attorney who will draft and finalize court-ready documents

Week 2 – Mediation and Expert Consultations

• First mediation session to begin discussions and identify key issues

• Financial specialist review of assets, debts, or budgets

• Expert consultation depending on the case (for example: a parenting coach in custody, a business consultant in partnership disputes, or a property expert in real estate matters)

Week 3 – Continued Mediation and Support
